Get your cart
Every customer receives a 96-gallon cart. Your cart is delivered the week before your first pickup, once your service contract is signed.

Set it out each week
Roll your cart to the curb on your pickup day and we handle the rest.
Curbside pickup guidelines
- Set your cart at the curb by 6 am on Tuesday, your pickup day.
- Place the cart up to the curb, facing the street, at least 8 feet from vehicles.
- Bag and tie all trash so it doesn’t blow out of carts and trucks. Extra bags next to the cart are picked up for $2 per bag, up to 5 bags.
- Keep electronics, yard waste, paints and chemicals, flammables and hazardous materials out of your cart. State law prohibits them.

What cannot go in my trash cart?
State law prohibits the following items in your trash cart:
- Electronic waste: televisions, computers, monitors, printers, keyboards, fax machines, cable and satellite receivers, video recorders
- Yard waste: grass, leaves, brush, tree limbs
- Paints and chemicals: liquids, oils, pesticides, herbicides
- Flammables: gasoline, motor oil, propane tanks
- Hazardous materials: batteries, asbestos, drums, fluorescent light bulbs, medical waste
